Our Ballfield clays are mined and processed in the the North East and have good wetting characteristics. This means that the clay resists bunching up and clumping, allowing for the field to be raked out after a rainstorm. There are two grades of field clay. The first grade is specially blended for the pitching mound and batters box. This product packs well and allow both pitcher and batter to dig in for better control. The second grade is designed for the outer diamond and is blended to promote quicker recovery after moderate rain storms.
